All our Total customers have a dedicated account manager able to respond to your individual needs. Our customer support line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and we offer client driven response times between 4 and 24 hours.
Fully accredited and trained
We are passionate about accreditation and training – our accreditations include NICEIC, BAFE, CHAS, ALTIUS and Safe Contractor. We work closely with all our clients throughout the contract to ensure we fully understand your requirements and our internal teams are fully briefed. We then train our engineers to your needs, so they deliver a tailored service on the ground overseen by your account manager.
As a Total customer we will keep you up to date on changes in British Standards, Government Legislation and specific case histories in your market place that may affect your strategies and compliance needs, to enable you to plan and react.
